K33 Deepens Strategic Collaboration with Sixty Six Capital

K33 AB (publ) (“K33”) today announced that it has entered into a management services agreement with Sixty Six Capital Inc. (“Sixty Six”), further strengthening the strategic relationship between the companies and supporting closer operational collaboration.

The agreement, effective April 1, 2026, formalizes K33’s role in providing executive management and related corporate services to Sixty Six. Under the agreement, K33 receives annual compensation of CAD 200,000, payable in quarterly installments.

Since becoming the largest shareholder in Sixty Six earlier this year, K33 and Sixty Six have worked closely to identify opportunities to leverage their complementary strengths. The management services agreement represents a natural next step in that collaboration, allowing K33 to contribute its experience in digital assets, capital markets, regulatory compliance and corporate development while further aligning the long-term interests of both companies.

The collaboration reflects K33’s strategy of combining the continued expansion of its regulated digital asset services business with disciplined strategic investments. By leveraging K33’s operational expertise across its portfolio, the Company believes it can strengthen the businesses in which it invests while creating additional long-term value for K33 shareholders.

“We invested in Sixty Six because we believed there were opportunities to create more value together than as independent companies,” said Torbjørn Bull Jenssen, CEO of K33.

“This agreement reflects that strategic rationale. K33 contributes operational expertise, regulatory experience and digital asset infrastructure, while benefiting from the long-term value created through our ownership in Sixty Six. We believe this creates a strong foundation for continued collaboration and value creation for shareholders of both companies.”

The management agreement also expands K33’s portfolio of recurring service revenues while further leveraging the expertise and infrastructure the Company has built through its regulated digital asset operations.

K33 and Sixty Six continue to evaluate additional opportunities to deepen their collaboration where this can strengthen their respective businesses and create long-term shareholder value.
