The German company is strategically focusing on health effects from Bilberry anthocyanins. The Customer’s end products are branded high-end supplements with a standardized level of bilberry anthocyanins Products are sold across Germany.

The sales value to Eevia of this new order is c. KEUR 21 EUR and is the second order from a recently acquired customer. The product is Eevia’s branded ingredient Feno-Myrtillus® 36 Organic, which is an organically certified bilberry extract purified and standardized with 36% anthocyanins. Bilberry anthocyanins have shown clinical benefits for humans related to eye health and metabolic conditions, among other benefits. Eevia has a strong, sustainable and socially responsible supply chain for berries harvested in the forests of Sweden and Finland.

The order is expected to be followed by further repeat orders in the future.
