Change of number of shares and votes in Xbrane

The number of shares and votes in Xbrane has changed following the issue of 515,108 shares on September 27, 2023 through a directed Set-Off Issue to the Companys lender CVI Investments, Inc. The Company chose to settle the installment of SEK 12,812,487 for the Convertible Bonds with shares. The subscription price in the Set-Off Issue amounts to SEK 24.8734 per share, which equals 90% of the market price (lowest VWAP during the six trading-day period immediately preceding the applicable date).

As of 30 September 2023, the total number of shares and votes in the Company amounts to 29,731,112. The Company's registered share capital amounts to approximately SEK 6,665,301.
