Change of number of shares and votes in Xbrane

Xbrane Biopharma AB (“Xbrane” or the “Company”) has according to previously announced information resolved to carry out a rights issue and a directed issue of in total 1,499,673,033 shares. The share issues has resulted in a change of the registered share capital and shares and votes in Xbrane.

As of 31 March 2024, the total number of shares and votes in the Company amounts to 1,529,483,397. The Company's registered share capital amounts to approximately SEK 342,888,859.
