Realfiction announces ownership changes following shareholder asset distribution

Realfiction Holding AB (“Realfiction” or “the Company”) has been informed that its largest shareholder, Ceranco Equity S.C.S., has completed the distribution of its assets to its partners. As a result, Tamarind Limited, the largest partner in Ceranco Equity S.C.S, has increased its shareholding in Realfiction to over 15 percent.

Following the asset distribution by Ceranco Equity S.C.S., shareholders holding over 5% are as follows:

Importantly, we have achieved this progress without impacting our financial runway, further enhancing our potential for success.”
