Change in Financial Calendar – Photocat A/S

Photocat A/S announces that the publication of its Annual Report for 2025 and the date of the Annual General Meeting will be updated.

The Annual Report was most recently expected to be published on 4 May 2026.

The Company will publish the Annual Report on 13 May 2026.

The Annual General Meeting will be held on 29 May 2026.

The updated timeline reflects the ongoing audit process, where additional time is required to finalise the audit.
