Zordix changes company name to Maximum Entertainment AB – name change of the share on Nasdaq First North Growth Market
From 3 August 2023, Zordix AB (publ) (symbol: ZORDIX B) will be traded under its new name Maximum Entertainment AB (symbol: MAXENT B)]. The name change, which was resolved at the Annual General Meeting held in June, will take effect now that the new company name has been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.
At the annual general meeting held on 8 June 2023 it was resolved that Zordix AB (publ) shall change name to Maximum Entertainment AB. The name change has now been registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and consequently, the company’s listed share will change name to Maximum Entertainment (symbol: MAXENT B). The change on Nasdaq First North Growth Market will be carried out on the 3 August 2023.
As communicated on 7 February, the name change aims to clarify the strategic integration and realignment of the company with the long-term goal of having 30% of revenue derive from owned IP by 2025.
After the name change, the group will consist of the parent company Maximum Entertainment AB, the publishing labels Just For Games, Maximum Games, Modus Games and Merge Games and the studio division Modus Studios.
