Stockholm, Sweden (August 29, 2024) - Maximum Entertainment AB (Nasdaq: MAXENT B) today announced that the shareholders Christina Seelye, Philippe Cohen, Thierry Bonnefoi, Ludvig Lindberg and Deborah Bellangé have withdrawn their proposals regarding item 7 (Resolution on the number of Board members) and item 8 (Election of Board members and Chairman of the Board) at the Extraordinary General Meeting on September 9, 2024.
