Maximum Entertainment Announces New Date of Publication of its Annual Report for 2024 and New Date of the Annual General Meeting

Stockholm, Sweden (April 13, 2025) - Maximum Entertainment AB (Nasdaq: MAXENT B) today announced that the company’s Annual Report for 2024 will be published on May 21, 2025, instead of April 14, 2025 as previously communicated through the financial calendar on the company website.

The reason for the delayed publication is that the annual report process has taken more time to complete than anticipated.

The annual general meeting will be held on 11 June, 2025 and a notice to the meeting will be published separately.
