Christina Seelye and Thierry Bonnefoi have filed a request for arbitration against Maximum Entertainment

Stockholm, Sweden (October 4, 2024) - Maximum Entertainment AB (Nasdaq: MAXENT B) today announced that Christina Seelye and Thierry Bonnefoi have filed a request for arbitration with the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce (SCC).

On 15 September 2024 Christina Seelye requested payment of USD 6,927,120 and SEK 29,451,568 and Thierry Bonnefoi requested payment of USD 829,180 and SEK 7,362,891 related to earn-out payments for the acquisitions of Maximum Games, Inc and MG Team, Inc.

Christina Seelye and Thierry Bonnefoi have initiated arbitration under the share sale and purchase agreement for the acquisitions of Maximum Games, Inc and MG Team, Inc claiming the above amounts.
