In our notice to the Annual General Meeting on May 20, we have discovered that the date information was incorrect in the mailing under item 8, dividend.

The record date for the dividend is May 22, 2025 instead of Monday, May 19, 2025. If the Annual General Meeting decides in accordance with the proposal, the dividend is expected to be distributed by Euroclear starting on Monday, May 26, instead of Thursday, May 22, 2025 as stated. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
