KB Components appoints Michael Grindborn as new Chief Financial Officer

MARKN.

Michael Grindborn has been appointed CFO of KB Components and will take up the position (at the latest) on November 15, 2025. Michael comes most recently from the role of CFO at Balco Group and brings a solid experience to the company, including as Group CFO at Lammhults Design Group. He has spent most of his career as CFO, with many years in HEXPOL and its business area Engineered Products.
Michael holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Bocconi, Milan.
