New number of shares and votes in Instalco

Instalco AB ("Instalco" or the "company") announced on 17 March 2025 that the company had issued 4,647,727 new shares in connection with the closing of the investment in the German installation group Fabri AG. During March 2025, the number of shares in the company has therefore increased by 4,647,727. As of today 31 March 2025, the total number of shares and votes in the company amounts to 268,754,752.
