Goobit Group Appoints Rickard Jerndahl as MLRO and Adjunct Board Member
Goobit Group AB (publ) has appointed Rickard Jerndahl as Adjunct Board Member of the Group, and as Board Member and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) of its operating subsidiary, Goobit AB. He succeeds Jan Tibbling, who has served in the role since 2023.
Rickard Jerndahl brings more than two decades of experience in financial crime prevention, regulatory compliance, and operational risk management. His background spans senior roles in the financial sector, including as AML Risk Manager and Sanctions Specialist at Swedbank, as well as service within the Swedish Police Authority where he worked with complex investigations involving fraud, financial crime, and cryptocurrencies. He is ACAMS-certified and an active Subject Matter Expert with the Association of Certified Financial Crime Specialists (ACFCS), and has been a member of Europol’s expert group on crypto analysis.
