Doro continues streamlining its DACH business structure

Doro AB is as previously communicated streamlining its DACH business structure in order to further grow in the German market. The restructuring initiative aims to standardize operations in DACH, bringing it in line with other regions by utilizing the Group's centralized finance, logistics and operations functions.
Consequently, Doro is looking for strategic options with regards to its German subsidiary IVS GmbH’s logistics business.
This action will not impact Doro’s presence in DACH and the German market, as Doro will maintain its local representation through subsidiary Doro Deutschland GmbH.
