Bonava

According to Bonava’s articles of association, owner of a Class A share has the right to request that such share is converted to a Class B share. Each Class A share carries ten votes and each Class B share one vote. In September, a total of 40,000 Class A shares were converted to a total of 40,000 Class B shares at the request of shareholders.

Following the conversions, there were as of 28 April 2023, the last trading day of the month, 11,154,982 Class A shares and 97,280,840 Class B shares. The number of votes in the company hereby amounts to 208,830,660 based on the number of registered shares. The total number of registered shares amounts to 108,435,822.
