In accordance with the instructions of the Nomination Committee, the composition of Bonava’s Nomination Committee has changed ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2026. After the change, Bonava’s Nomination Committee consists of:

• Peter Hofvenstam (Chairman of the Nomination Committee), appointed by Nordstjernan AB

• Oscar Bergman, appointed by Swedbank Robur Funds
• Olof Nyström, appointed by Fjärde AP Fonden (AP4)
• Christine Revheim-Hansen, appointed by Perestroika AS

Shareholders who would like to submit a proposal to the Nomination Committee regarding the Annual General Meeting 2026 shall do so by e-mail to: bolagsstamma@bonava.com or by letter to:
