Nomination Committee ahead of Attendo’s Annual General Meeting 2027

The Nomination Committee has been appointed ahead of Attendo AB’s (publ) 2027 Annual General Meeting. In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting, Attendo’s Nomination Committee shall consist of at least three members.

The Nomination Committee consists of Pertti Karjalainen (Chairman of the Committee), representing his own shareholding, Bo Börtemark, appointed by Jofam AB, and Celia Grip, appointed by Swedbank Robur Fonder AB.

Attendo’s Annual General Meeting 2027 will be held on Wednesday, 12 May 2027, in Stockholm.

Shareholders are invited to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2027 by 31 January 2027 via email at valberedningen@attendo.com.
