The number of shares and votes in Attendo has changed during May as a result of the Annual General Meeting 2024 resolving on a reduction of the share capital with cancellation of 1,283,404 own shares, which was registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office in May.

The total number of shares and votes in the company amounts to 160,103,190.
