Martin Tivéus, President and CEO of Attendo, summarises the past year:

“In 2024, we strengthened our solid foundation, both operationally and financially, to ensure that we have the conditions to continue to be a leading positive force in society. Satisfaction among customers, relatives and employees reached new highs, while the previous profitability target of SEK 4 per share was exceeded. Attendo is becoming an increasingly important partner to local authorities and regions that need to solve increased and more complex care needs.”

Attendo is celebrating 40 years as a company this year and has over the years stood for development, progress and innovation in care. Examples include lifestyle homes, personal contact persons, centralised quality monitoring and reporting, digital care planning and communication with relatives and employees through apps developed in-house. Over the past 15 years, Attendo has built more than 250 new care homes in Sweden and Finland, adding thousands of new care beds and jobs.
