The Extraordinary General Meeting resolved, in accordance with the shareholder Tern Plc's proposal, that the board of directors, for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting, shall consist of five board members with no deputy board members.

The Extraordinary General Meeting resolved, in accordance with the shareholder Tern Plc's proposal, to elect David Wendel Thoms as a new board member. Thus, the board of directors of Wyld Networks AB will, for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting, consist of Mats L Andersson (chairman), Mats R Andersson, Henrik Hedelius, Ramesh Kesanupalli and David Wendel Thoms.

The Extraordinary General Meeting further resolved, in accordance with the shareholder Tern Plc's proposal, that board remuneration, in accordance with the remuneration levels decided by the Annual General Meeting 2023, shall be paid to David Wendel Thoms for his work in the board of directors, in proportion to the duration of the assignment.
