Wihlborgs Fastigheter

In accordance with a resolution adopted at Wihlborgs’ Annual General Meeting, Wihlborgs’ Nomination Committee, whose tasks include submitting proposals for board members, shall consist of members appointed by the four largest shareholders who wish to participate. The names of the Nomination Committee’s members shall be made public no later than six months before the AGM and shall be based on the known ownership on 31 August 2026.

In accordance with the decision, the following committee has been formed:

• Markus Wallentin, Backahill AB
• Elisabet Jamal Bergström, SEB Asset Management
• Johannes Wingborg, Länsförsäkringar Fondförvaltning AB
• Monica Åsmyr, Swedbank Robur Fonder AB

Markus Wallentin is proposed as Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

In total, the Nomination Committee represents 27 percent of the votes in Wihlborgs according to the owner list on 31 August 2026.

The AGM will be held in Malmö on Tuesday April 2027.
