VNV Global AB (publ) publishes prospectus and applies for admission to trading of bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm


On 3 October 2024, VNV Global AB (publ) (the “Company”) issued bonds of series 2024/2027 in an initial amount of SEK 850 million (the “Bonds”).

The Company has applied for admission to trading of the Bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm and the first day of trading is expected to be on 22 October 2024. For the purpose of the listing, the Company has prepared a prospectus that has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Sw. Finansinspektionen). The prospectus is available on the Company’s website www.vnv.global and on the
Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website www.fi.se.
