VNV Global AB (publ) (“VNV Global” or the “Company”) has between February 23 and February 27, 2026 repurchased 30,000 common shares, at an average price of SEK 18.8453. The Company currently holds 2,773,963 repurchased common shares.
 
The total number of common shares in VNV Global, including repurchased common shares, is 130,978,236.
