Increased number of shares and votes in Vitec

LHFI

The number of shares and votes in Vitec Software Group AB (publ) has increased as a result of the directed issue of 2,200,000 shares of series B that the company carried out on 9 November 2022.

As of today, the total number of registered and outstanding shares is 37,328,539, divided on 2,950,000 shares of series A and 34,378,539 shares of series B, and the total number of votes is 63,878,539. The share capital is SEK 3,732,853.90.
