Change in number of shares and votes in Vitec

The number of shares and votes in Vitec Software Group AB (publ) has changed as a result of the conversion of a convertible debenture.

On September 7, 2022, the convertible debenture 2001 was converted. The convertible debenture was issued in connection with the acquisition of Visiolink Management Aps. As of today, September 30, 2022, the total number of registered and outstanding shares is 35,128,539 divided on 2,950,000 shares of series A and 32,178,539 shares of series B. The total number of votes is 61,678,539. The share capital is SEK 3,512,853.90.
