Board member Crister Stjernfelt has passed away
It is with great sadness that we announce that Vitec Software Group's board member Crister Stjernfelt has passed away.
Crister was a board member of Vitec Software Group (publ) since 2008 and chairman from 2013 to 2021. Crister will not be replaced during the period until the upcoming Annual General Meeting on April 25. Crister has been a valued board member and friend, the board and management are grateful for his dedication and the time we had with him. Our thoughts are with Crister's family.
