Change of number of shares and votes in Vestum

Vestum AB (publ) (“Vestum”) is, according to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980), obliged to disclose changes in the total number of shares or votes. The disclosure shall take place on the last trading day of the calendar month in which the change took place.

As of 31 March 2023, there are in total 375 809 468 shares and votes in Vestum. The change in number of shares and votes in Vestum is a result of the Board of Director’s decision to issue in total 1 058 170 new shares within the scope of the general meeting’s authorisation as payment in connection with the fulfilment of earn-out to the seller of Powerstruc AB. The subscription price per share was SEK 13.58.
