Valuno Group AB (publ) announces that the publication of the annual report for the financial year 1 July 2024 – 30 June 2025 will be postponed for administrative reasons. The work on the annual report is in an advanced stage, but certain remaining review and formal items in the process need to be completed before the document can be signed and made public. Due to the outstanding review procedures, the timetable for the formal process must be adjusted.

The Annual General Meeting will therefore be postponed to 29 December. The annual report will be published no later than three weeks before the set meeting date.

The company’s operations continue as normal, and the administrative postponement does not affect Valuno’s operational activities.
