Valuno issues shares on conversion under its financing with Helena

Valuno Group AB (publ) issues 16,750,000 new shares to Helena Global Investment Opportunities 1 Ltd upon conversion of 2,470 convertible bonds in the first tranche, with a nominal amount of SEK 1,235,000. Following registration of the conversion, 11,742 convertible bonds with a nominal amount of SEK 5,871,000 remain outstanding.
