Valuno Group AB (publ) received a conversion notice on 22 July 2026 from Helena Global Investment Opportunities 1 Ltd. concerning convertibles in the first tranche. The notice relates to 558 convertibles with a nominal value of SEK 279,000, at a fixed conversion price of SEK 0.09, corresponding to 3,100,000 new shares. Following the conversion, 8,827 convertibles remain in the tranche, with a nominal value of SEK 4,413,500.
Under the agreement, shares are only delivered once the aggregate of as-yet-undelivered conversions reaches a threshold value, currently SEK 1,000,000. As the notice falls below this threshold, no shares are delivered at this time; instead, the conversion accumulates together with any future notices.
