Urb-it AB (publ) terminates agreement with liquidity provider
Urb-it AB (publ) ("Urb-it" or the "Company") has terminated the agreement with Mangold Fondkommission AB ("Mangold") regarding the assignment as liquidity provider. The last day for liquidity support trading of Mangold is September 20, 2023
The purpose of the liquidity guarantee has been to promote liquidity in the Company's shares and reduce volatility and thereby facilitate trading. The liquidity in the share is good and the management therefore assesses that the need for a liquidity guarantee no longer exists.
