On October 4, 2020, Artificial Solutions, issued 1,562,500 warrants to its former lender. Following completion of the recent rights issue, the new subscription price is 30.4 SEK. The warrants are expiring on March 31, 2023, and will be cancelled and will therefore not have any future dilutive effect for shareholders.
The Company Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) 2022, resolved to offer the board of directors to repurchase up to 126,966 warrants of the incentive program 2020/2025:2. Following completion of the recent rights issue, the new subscription price is 16.8 SEK. The board of directors have agreed to surrender the warrants at no cost. For this reason, two of the current board members, Johan A. Gustavsson and Åsa Hedin, will report a divestment of their warrant holdings following this press release.
With the two above warrant programs maculated, a theoretical dilution effect of 1.7% will be cancelled.
