Telia Company has published its Annual Report 2025. The report summarizes the company's financial and sustainability performance for the year, and provides an overview of its strategy, goals and governance. In addition, the report presents Telia as an investment, the global trends shaping the company's development, and its four new sustainability focus areas.

Telia's new sustainability focus areas and related targets are linked to the company's strengths and capabilities. They are intended to add value to Telia's business, and to its employees, customers, investors and societies:

• Secure people and digital environments: top-tier position in customer privacy in all markets by 2028
• Enable customers' and Telia's climate transition: net-zero emissions by 2040 and zero waste by 2030
• Digitally strengthen all generations: 1.2 million people (10% directly) empowered through digital skills initiatives, including 60,000 children and parents, by 2028
• Empower a winning culture: 50/50 gender balance among senior leaders and an employee growth score of 7.8/10 by 2028.

The Annual Report 2025 can be downloaded in English and Swedish versions from Telia's website. The Swedish version is also available in European Single Electronic Format (ESEF).
