The number of shares and votes in Telia Company AB (publ) has during April decreased with 157,522,416, and as of today, April 28, 2023, the total number of shares and votes in the company amounts to 3,932,109,286.

The decrease is due to that Telia Company has cancelled 157,522,416 own shares previously repurchased by the company, in accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on April 5, 2023. After the cancellation, Telia Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The share capital of SEK 13,856,271,299.20 is unchanged, since simultaneously as the resolution to reduce the share capital by cancellation of repurchased shares, it was resolved to increase the share capital by way of a bonus issue without issuance of new shares through a transfer of SEK 533,709,020.97 from the non-restricted equity. The share capital has thus been restored to the same amount as before the reduction.
