SLP takes ownership of the fourth and final property in the sale and leaseback deal with DSV

The property is the fourth and final property in the sale and leaseback deal with DSV, with a total property value of SEK 1.1 billion. The deal was announced on November 28, 2025, when SLP took ownership of the three properties in Helsingborg, Västerås and Borås. The ISP approval was the final condition for completing the acquisition.

"With this acquisition, SLP has completed acquisitions with a total property value of SEK 4.1 billion in 2025, our highest total transaction volume for a single year. This is a strategically located logistics property that further strengthens our presence in the Öresund region. With significant development potential, it is fully in line with our acquisition strategy and long-term business model," says Filip Persson, CEO of SLP.

The property is being acquired through a corporate transaction and is financed with own funds and secured bank financing.
