SLP takes ownership of development logistics property with 10-year lease

The agreed property value amounts to SEK 90 million. The annual rental value amounts to SEK 6.4 million. The property has a total lettable area of ​​approximately 11,500 square meters and a building right of an additional 4,000 square meters.

The property is located by one of Sweden's so-called "core ports", which makes the property particularly attractive from a long-term perspective.
