SLP signs a lease in ongoing new construction in Malmö
"We welcome Nice to our ongoing new construction of city logistics in Malmö. The project was started with one tenant and after this letting, roughly 60 percent of the property is let. The building will, just like all SLP's new production, be environmentally certified," says Peter Strand, CEO of SLP.
"We are looking forward to the move into modern premises located in an area close to the city centre. Nice has stable growth and is making a major investment in the Nordic market.
