This provides a good effect for the environment combined with a high financial return for SLP and our tenants. We are happy that our existing tenant is extending the agreement, which has a positive effect on our current lease duration of 6.2 years, and that we are continuing our sustainability journey together," says Tommy Åstrand, CEO of SLP.

SLP has several ambitious sustainability goals. One is that installed power in solar cells on properties shall amount to at least 15 MW by the end of the year 2025. At the half-year mark, installed power amounted to 7.4 MW.
