SLP extends lease agreement of approximately 6,700 sqm for 7 years in Gothenburg

In connection with the extension, SLP is implementing an enhancement project in form of a new refrigeration plant, installation of 499 kW solar cells and an upgrade to LED lighting. The measures are estimated to increase the annual rental income by approximately SEK 0.8 million and provide a total annual rent after the measures are implemented of approximately SEK 9.4 million.

"The extension is a good example of how we work to develop existing relationships while creating value through enhancement projects. By enhancing the property, we strengthen the cash flow and improve the property's energy performance," says Filip Persson, CEO of SLP.

The lease agreement is fully indexed according to the CPI.
