Change in the total number of shares and votes in SLP
The increase in the number of shares and votes in SLP is due to that warrants of series TO1, TO2 and TO3, all of which were issued during 2019, has been fully exercised, resulting in an issue of 280,000 A-shares and 920,000 B-shares.
