On the 26th of January 2022, Swedencare AB (publ) announced that it had acquired the American company NaturVet, one of the US´ largest and most profitable companies in the premium segment for supplements for the pet healthcare market. 

Under the acquisition agreement, the sellers had the right to an earn-out payment of $27,500,000 USD if certain conditions were met as of June 30th 2022. The target for the earn-out was achieved already in May and Swedencare has today made the earn-out payment in line with the agreement.
