Sveafastigheter exercises the option and does not complete the new development project in Skellefteå

Sveafastigheter has decided to exercise previously communicated option that gives the company the opportunity to not complete the new construction project Kandelabern in Skellefteå. This decision means that the municipal housing company Skebo will own the property covered by the project and thus the total of 178 rental apartments will be removed from Sveafastigheter's portfolio of projects under construction during the third quarter.

The construction of the property started in August 2024 and is expected to be fully completed during the first quarter of 2026.
