Partnership Structure

Under the terms of the partnership, RagMetrics is embedded within Serenity Star as an integrated specialist solution. Subgen AI retains all direct customer relationships and platform licensing revenues. RagMetrics will refer qualified enterprise leads to Subgen AI, representing an incremental commercial channel at no additional acquisition cost. The arrangement is technology and referral-based; there is no equity consideration or material financial commitment on Subgen AI’s part.
