Storytel Announces Resignation of Board Member

Storytel announces the resignation of Joakim Rubin from the Board of Directors of Storytel, effective as of today, 1 November 2024. Joakim Rubin has held the position since 2021 and is stepping down at his own request.

“On behalf of Storytel and the entire board, I would like to extend my sincere thank you to Joakim Rubin for his valuable contributions to the Board over the past years. His dedication to the company’s transformation has been invaluable, and we wish him the best in the future”, says Hélène Barnekow, Chair of the Board.

“Following EQT Public Value’s sale of its shares in Storytel, I have decided to step down from the Board. I am grateful to have contributed to the Storytel’s development over the past three years and look forward to following the company’s continued journey and success”, says Joakim Rubin.

Proposal for a potential new Board member will be presented by the Nomination Committee no later than in connection with the notice for the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
