Storskogen

The number of shares and votes in Storskogen has changed during July as a result of a new issue of 8,632,527 Class C1 shares within the framework of the incentive program consisting of hurdle shares (Class C1 shares in Storskogen) implemented by the annual general meeting on 6 May 2026. Storskogen's Class B shares are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm, whereas the Class A shares and Class C1 shares are not. The newly issued Class C1 shares were registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office on 16 July 2026.
