Adam Parker, born 1969, is the founder of Trivariate Research LP and has extensive experience in strategic matters and the financial markets. Adam Parker has previously held leading positions at Eminence Capital, Morgan Stanley and Sanford C. Bernstein & Co.

A more detailed presentation of Adam Parker will be made available on Storskogen's website once the notice of the Annual General Meeting has been published.

With his extensive international background in risk management, strategy and financial markets, Adam is well equipped to support Storskogen's continued growth and development. We would also like to thank Robert Belkic for his contribution as Board member over the past few years", says Liv Gorosch, Chairman of the Nomination Committee.

The complete proposals from the Nomination Committee will be announced in the notice of the Annual General Meeting, which will be held in Stockholm on 6 May 2026.

The Nomination Committee of the 2026 Annual General Meeting consists of:

• Liv Gorosch (Chairman), appointed by A shareholders,
• Ronnie Bergström, appointed by A shareholders,
• Dick Bergqvist, appointed by AMF,
• Oscar Bergman, appointed by Swedbank Robur Fonder.

In addition, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Annette Brodin Rampe, is co-opted to the Nomination Committee.
