Digital Bros. SpA proposes, in accordance with the nomination committee's existing proposal, the re-election of Chairman of the board Jürgen Goeldner, the new election of Michael Hjorth and the new election of Stefano Salbe. Election of new candidate Cecilia Tosting is also proposed.

According to the received proposal, Cecilia Tosting, born in 1963, brings significant and relevant experience to the board, having been CEO of Activision Blizzard Nordics AB and held senior positions within the Walt Disney Company in the EMEA region. In addition, she has over five years of experience at PwC, which adds additional financial expertise.

The nomination committee has informed the company that their initial proposal for the board will not be presented at the general meeting. However, postal votes cast will be considered according to submitted postal voting forms. Shareholders who have cast postal votes and who wish to change these can revoke cast votes by attending the meeting themselves or by proxy.
