Starbreeze

The agreement is expected to give Starbreeze the right to use the licensed IP to produce a new game within Starbreeze's core genre cooperative multiplayer games with long life (Games as a Service). The IP in question is a so-called cross-media IP and has been used, among other things, as the base for games, computer games, books and short stories as well as feature films.

Starbreeze intends to act as both developer and publisher of the title. A final agreement presupposes satisfactory contractual terms for both parties regarding, but not limited to, any advance payment of the license fee as well as the calculation model for the license fee based on the game's revenue after market launch.
