The company has, in 2025, completed an analysis of previously capitalized development costs for 2024 attributable to PAYDAY 3. Due to the valuation of the assets in relation to PAYDAY 3's sales in 2024 the company has made an accounting adjustment, not affecting cash flow, to the value of SEK 118.6 million on the intangible assets included in the balance sheet. During 2024, Starbreeze’ write-downs related to intangible assets thus amounted to SEK 127.1 million.

The group's results for 2024 amounted to SEK -317.8m compared to SEK -199.3m which was reported in the Year-end report and earnings per share amounted to SEK -0.22 compared to SEK -0.13 in the Year-end report. EBITDA and cash flow are unaffected and amounted to SEK 97.6m and SEK 64.9m respectively.
